Orders & Shipping

Unfortunately, we cannot make changes or cancel an order after they have been submitted.

If you would like to inquire about an item, shoot an email to info@mogeeco.com with your order number and we'll handle that for you.

MoGee Co. only ships to the US and Canada at this time.

When your order ships you will receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number to track your order. Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders so be sure to take a look in there if it feels like you have been waiting a little too long.

*Please note that sometimes the tracking can take a day or two to be updated by the carrier. If it looks like its not moving, chances are its on its way!

Oh no! Hopefully this doesn’t happen but if it does, please let us know at info@mogeeco.com and we will look into the shipping courier.

If the shipping address was a temporary location, we do not assume responsibility if the recipient is no longer at that address upon delivery within the projected shipping timeline.

Returns and exchanges

Use this section for any descriptive text you need to fill out your pages or to add introductory headings between other blocks.

All MoGee Co. products are guaranteed for 30 days after purchase date. If any issues arise during that time, the item* can be returned for a refund or exchange (with the exception of items marked "final sale," which are not eligible for return or exchange). The item must have been purchased from mogee-co.com. Items must be returned in their original condition (undamaged).

Send us an email anyway! MoGee Cups are made of disposable plastic material so it is only advised for use 2 or so times, unless taken care of well. Unfortunately in the case of MoGee Muffs, normal wear and tear would not warrant a replacement or refund.

If your MoGee Pong or MoGee Muffs came to you and is deemed a manufacturing defect or unreasonable damage, then we can look into it!
